Returns and Exchanges
Domestic Returns
We offer free returns on all items shipped within the United States. Items must be new, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process your refund and up to 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Procedure
To return an item, please contact us at Support@BonnieKelly.shop before shipping your item. We will provide a return address and other instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
International Returns
Bonnie Kelly does not offer prepaid return labels for international orders. All international sales are final. Please contact Support@BonnieKelly.shop for further assistance.
Exchanges
Bonnie Kelly does not offer direct exchanges. If you require an exchange, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We are not responsible for the quality of our products. If the item you received is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Support@BonnieKelly.shop with your order number and photos of the problem. We will evaluate the situation and provide a solution.

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, we will refund the funds to your original payment method within 10 business days.
