Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving confirmation. All shipments to the contiguous United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) are considered domestic shipments. We do not offer weekend shipping. Shipping costs depend on the carrier and delivery method you choose. To ensure your package arrives safely, a signature may be required for overnight shipments or any orders over $300 with different billing and shipping addresses.

Due to postal service disruptions during the pandemic and high order volume, shipping times may be delayed by up to 6 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

International Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes outside the United States are beyond our control and are subject to local regulations. You will be responsible for any additional costs when the item arrives in your country.

Shipping Times

All orders placed before 2pm EST on business days will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Hallandale, Florida within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. (Please note that during peak sales periods, orders may be shipped 2-3 business days later than expected).

Please note that all shipping times are for reference only and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. During peak shipping periods, delivery times may be longer. If you are ordering a specialty item, your order may take an additional one to two business days to be shipped from our warehouse.

COVID-19

All orders are picked up and packed at our own warehouse in Hallandale, Florida, not a third-party warehouse. As a result, we are able to monitor the implementation of COVID-19 safety protocols, such as hand sanitizer at each packing station. Our couriers are now using contactless delivery, so your package can be delivered safely even if no one is home.
